There's nothing really BAD to say about the short. A couple of the edits were kind of abrupt, like around 1:29 and 1:42. Like I said before, the downward shot at 1:26 and the trucking shot at 4:11 would have definitely benefitted from a slider or dolly. You might have also been able to do a bit of editing to cut down on some of the run time and make the story flow together a little better, like introducing the new neighbors into everything.
I liked the story and the revelation ending. Very Sixth Sense-y. And I actually really enjoyed the opening credits. It was more creative than just putting the names over shots and went well with the story. The acting was pretty good all around and it's hard to get a good performance out of amateur kids, so that was excellent. I liked some of the shots and camera movements, although I think they would've really benefitted from some dollies

I thought it was a well made short.
The good:
