So i'm on act2 about 3/4 of the way through but my sickness level says "0" but I still get malaria attacks like every 10-15 minutes and no matter how far im progressing through the game there are no pill missions.And on the rare occasion I have really bad malaria attacks that cause me to pass out and respawn in the doctor's office in the cease fire zone.What is up with that?

Go steal a big truck, go to a gun store, do all the missions until you get IED, go steal a buggy, put the buggy on the back of the truck, drive the truck to a ambush point, get the buggy off, leave the truck, place 3 IEDs on the truck, the ground, and the buggy, wait for the guy to come, drive the buggy at him, jump out, and detonate the IED, causing one massive KABOOM,

After 64 hours gameplay I finished the game and now I must say, Far Cry 2 is AAA game !-) It's best FPS, which I ever played. I don't like it's Dunia engine, because there is too much deformed vertical perspective (so I play as a dwarf, because ingame objects are too high compare with me - for example barrels, door frames, etc.). I also don't like... I don't like... bla bla... yes, Stalker Clear Sky is more complex game... but Far Cry 2 is AAA game too !-)

But it has a lot of repetition, soldiers respawn each time you pass a checkpoint you already cleared out. Each mission requires you to go over the whole map, and getting there will get you in a lot of fights first with these encampments and patrols.

It's too repetitive to stay hooked, in that sense, FC1 was more of a drive. Especially the first parts of the game.
