  • its normally done with plum wine, you drop them in a bowl of it - leave for 20 - 40 minutes then take them out and grill/bbq/braai them - or you can cook them in the plum wine as well if you want.....

  • Looks good, but too bad you have to basically burn them alive...I guess it is no different than an oyster or clam though.

  • is this restaurant in Hong Kong or China or somewhere else?? Look so great and wanna try this prawn!!!
