Anyone shooting anyone in the back... 7 times... at point blank range is by definition trying to kill someone! It doesn't matter "who" the shooter or victim is...Unfortunately, many poor decisions were made in one stupid battle of the "overly intoxicated" vs the "overly incompetent"!
