No way around it.It is up to an idividuals personnal discretion whether he wants to bully and up to schools whether they want to care. No law telling them they have to do anything different. I have so many problems with this video. Mainly, not one thing stated in this video is a fact. Dylan and Eric did not say anything to Rachel, they weren't targetting any specific people and they even let one christian girl go. Dylan was not talking to Rachel Scott in that recording nor was she on Erics "hit list". They didn't listen to Manson. Read Erics journal and you will find out he wasnt targetting anyone specific. I think we always search for the reasons why. But, most of time the cause is hard to find. We can choose to blame it on music, video games, movies, and clothes. you know ive been reading the reports online and reading the books written on this incident, and im just gonna say this video is garbage. i wont point out all the flaws but i will say this much. when this video says that rachel scott was asked about her faith then shot in the head, well this video is the only one saying that, because according to the medical report she was shot multiple times outside at a distance. and that it was a student hiding in the library asked about her faith
