The guys there can make a rotary do what they want. Also they have no real regulations compared to US. even they they are part of us(haha pun in there)

I love the rotory motor and and all the folks who build and perfect them. With that being said,the boys of Puerto Rico are putting better E.T's and trap speeds with the 13b than the Australians with the 20b. However,they run strong as well. I applaud both camps for keeping the Rotory motor alive and in the forefront of engineering. I believe it will help Mazda to see how important and how popular the motor really is and they will continue to manufacture them. BRAP on all Rotory Brothers.
