I would love to have seen the performance where Liam played Michael as both Ryan and his backup were sick and unable to go on. The 3rd Michael was too far away to get there. So Liam, the backup Billy, stepped in and I'm sure did a wonderful job. And the audience got two Billys for the price of one. Not bad!

Yes, I read this online. Both Michaels on call were too sick to perform. Doctors agreed. The 3rd Michael was away from London, as it wasn't his day and he wasn't backup. They tried to get the 3rd Michael to the theatre by helicopter and land him on the roof, but winds were too high. The only solution was for Liam, the backup Billy, to go on with an hour's practice as Michael. The Billy that night was Leon. Liam did very well. and the audience loved it. True story. Ryan Logbottom gave new life to the character Michael; an air of joiceful, distant from the depression emo like it carried since the movie (which I also liked, for the movie). With his funny sense of acting he revigorated the role almost without doing anything.

I miss him, lucky me I have a picture and an autograph!
