Plus he is verstoped. I don't thin he/we will go further with it, For one thing it's so super expensive and if you work full time how the hell do you make the lunches?
We are going to start a weight watches diet, or in other words just learn to eat healthier and do more gentle exercises. My hubby needs to loose 10 kilo's, I don't need to loose anything.

Een vraag: ik werk full time op kantoor waar ik tussen de middag geen maaltijd kan bereiden. Er is geen keuken. Hoe moet ik het dan aanpakken??
