@shreyashpai2010 learn the basics of 3d modelling, a 3d software such as maya or 3ds max, learn about a rendering engine like mental ray or vray, then learn how to model a car. you'll find out that the long hours of rendering is whats the most fustrating of all. that scene up there probably took like 6 hours just to render.

@wojciech94 games are not 100% physically correct. They do not use raytracing, but rastarization, which is much more faster because of specialized hardware for it (graphic card). And since we can write our own programs for graphic card, there are lots of ways how to make cool stuff and approximate raytracing
