Good for Karshankaka and maybe he has mastered the art of managing pain or anti-burn formula but I would not want to eat those gotas. It's simply not hygienic. All the sweat and dirt on the hand surely does contribute to taste ! Stop selling bhajias but by all means have a world record on putting your hands into hot oil.
