@gemmaisboring It would be one of the best investments of your time to watch Band of Brothers, it's a truly astonishing WWII mini-series. Coming from a 14 year old boy I'm very happy that it isn't focused solely on the violence and fighting, it's so much better than that. :)
Never watched the show (15 year old girl) but... wow. Simply amazing.
