Congrats for going into 4th and 1st grade you two! My little sisters(We're not related but all of them are like family) are going into 3rd and 6th grade. I'm gonna be a Sophmore/10th grader. I might actually be going to Washington DC in July and in August I'm going to go to Japanese camp for 2 weeks. I went there last year and it was alot of fun. The counslers only spoke Japanese and we ate Japanese food and everything Japanesey. Hope you guys have fun on your travels!

Going to school with the kids is great. I was a regular for all three of my kids from K-3rd. Something about 4th and 5th grade where parents in the classroom just aren't cool anymore.

It is lots of fun! The difference with me is I am on the school payroll and teach there. I teach several classes including ones my daughters attend. How many jobs can you work where you can see your kids several times a day. They ride home with me but sometimes they take the bus if they are having a sleep over at their best friends house. Now it is Summer vacation and that is the next best thing!!

Yes we do. It is great to have the whole Summer off. My kids and I will be traveling and visiting many places this Summer.

The pool is fun and a life saver! If we did not have a pool then my kids would want to go to the beach every day or the public pool which gets too crowded and you have to drive so far. It is very peaceful here in the backyard. I enjoy swimming in peace and quiet without 400 people crowding the pool.

yes we have a big pool in our backyard. my dad said that we can see it from the small airplane when we were in it last time. it was cool we saw other pools when we were on the smaller plane but when we got on the big plane we did not see anything but green and brown and clouds :)

Summer is my favorite time of the year despite the hot days where I have to stay inside with the AC blasting on high. My kids and I swim every day, then we get out and travel places.
