The thing about weed is that the LD-50 is so high, something close to 1300mg/kg that it wouldn't be possible to ingest that amount in the time required to OD. Plus you would pass out well before you reached that amount. It is technically possible to. The impossible part is getting that amount in your system.

its an illusion in its purest form, nothing is moving, the reason it seems to be is due to how much is in the picture weither your high or sober it can appear that things are coming into the picture such as ripples in the water or the litle red mushroom or turtle things haha show up. its because with so many things in this picture everytime you look at it more appears and becomes obvious to your vision when you werent aware of it before.
