The song is by Kinnie Starr. I emailed the company that made this commercial, they are actually from Edmonton.
Further investigation reveals that this track has yet to be released by Kinnie Starr. As i believe it's off an unreleased album. The person that emailed me said the track is called "Let's Move" though.
