The reason I say sacred pyrophillite clay is the best is because it has a particle size of 1 micron and a huge surface area for both absorbing and adsorbing toxins. It is definitely the elite among all the clays. Plus it is very cheap and affordable. Red desert clay is another good clay second to this one.
