thanks. I am just trying to decide on a bow to get. leaning towards mathews but for some reason pse is in my mind. maybe cuz thats what my dad used to use.

If I were you, I would just go shoot a few different bows...you will be able to decide which one you like best after that!!! At least that is what I did. Good luck!!!

would you reccomend the DXT to a beginner archerr? I might be able to get a good deal on one so I might buy it. I just want a good bow to take down some deer.

Yes. The DXT is a great bow, very accurate and forgiving!!! Great for the beginning archer I would say!!

whats the smoothest bow in the mathews lineup?

I have only shot the Drenalin' and the DXT. Out of those 2, the DXT is slightly smoother. I have heard that the new Reezen in pretty sweet shooting. Planning on shooting one soon to see for myself!

the reezen is nice i tested it out its pretty sweet but i cant afford it i love my dxt

I would like to shoot the Reezen myself. But I am going to keep shooting my DXT till it breaks!!! LOL

thanks man....wild hogs are everywhere here in North Texas...where ever there is corn or a feeder...you will surely find a few!!! I bet there will be pigs in your neck of the woods before it is all said and done....they are COMING!!!!!! lololol

The first picture was the same day I got my DXT in. The second is a sow I hunted for 2 years. I missed her twice, and she busted me several times...was a very smart piggy. The last picture is of a big hog I shot and had to chase down the creek bottom before it went across. She ate some lead for her final meal...Hell Yeah
