  • @Jordan360Z Bitches don't care as long as they're there. So why are you, as a dude, more worried about the way that this guy's abs look than a woman would be?

  • @attila518 Who said i was worried?

  • your abs are a bit wonky

  • U have to make a vid training the rear delts..

  • How come u dont do 24 reps when doing ur drop sets?

  • @john1136 i do it in reality, this video if for educational purposes

  • i do the same thing....warm up and after military press...my fave exersize too side lateral

  • @jpwhatwhat1028 yes sir ;)

  • Man ur body's beautiful compared to ur first videos u made

  • @john1136 a work in progress

  • the first exercise is very efficient it has a lot of benefits you don't need big weights is good for joints but...the only disadvantage is that both exercise are hard and you need to make a pretty effort,but...no pain no game...and the shoulders are used in many activities, around the house,in the house,to the market,to carry the bad full of school stuff like me lol(but I am in a country with a very stupid school&learning system),so in my opinion the shoulders are an "advantaged" group of muscles

  • What's supplements do you use?

  • @dszv several please request my diet plan via personal message!

  • how often do you go to a gym and how often do you work out at home?

  • @Nothing2Funny 3 times a week, either or, no specific way of doing it

  • I don't like the term "muscle confusion"... it's too unscientific. What you actually mean to say is that you will be targeting different typed of muscle fibers, namely type 1 (slow twitch) for when you use the lower weight, and type 2a & 2b (fast twitch) when you're using the higher weight load.

  • Sorry for the criticism, but I feel that using terms like "muscle confusion" is just a way of perpetuating ignorance among novices. I used to be one a long time ago, and I know the referring to is that way didn't help me one bit because it's too vague and doesn't actually allow you to understand the concept and apply it correctly in your training!

  • @nanquan491 hello there

well muscle confusion isn't only about the weight that targets either slow or fast fiber but it is about the Angle of attack that you use to hit that specific muscle. and it works greatly for me, sensation wise and results wise!

ad indeed i tried it when i was a novice 20 years ago and i still hold on to that theory and believe in it and results are here to back it up!

    Cheers!

  • @luimarco yeah that's fine, don't think I'm a troll or anything... I just wish that you would explain to people exactly what you mean by "muscle confusion" (like you just did) so that they could understand it better and apply it correctly. I'm not saying you're wrong or that the concept is bad, I'm just saying that if someone is a novice and watching your video, you using the term "muscle confusion" without explaining it more in detail will lead to misunderstandings and mistakes ppl will do.

  • @nanquan491 well my friend i receive dozens of questions daily and i answer them all. so indeed confusion and misunderstanding will always occur and it is the way it goes in any learning curve ;)

thanks for the input pal ;)

  • nice tan lol, i'm glad you're teaching about EVERYTHING on here, what a great resource.

  • @jimy9992000 thanks pal!

  • Great look, Lui...How about some leg stuff??????

  • @yeagemk squats and leg press only available at the gym for now ;)

  • Mr. Marco, do you recommend doing laterals with the arms being bend 90 degrees ?

  • @Teenssj2 nop 90 degrees is too much. your elbows must have a slight angle ( straight minus 2 or 3 degrees) which means almost straight or an angle or like 175 degrees the other way

  • @luimarco Oh ok, I see :) thank you!

  • só por acaso , és portugues ?

    are you portuguese ?

  • @pedritooo09 no am not sorry ;)

  • That's a great warmup. I usually just do one light set of each excercise then get straight into it. Your delts are looking great Luimarco, cheers bro!

  • @gragrn thanks bro, keep it up!

  • @badPop3y3 thanks for the prompts bro ;)

  • Can you show us what ab exersices do you do before eating ice cream :)

  • @JustUbar check out my abs playlist

  • Great motivation, it's time to go train :)

  • @SteDeRaver right on bro, take it to the maximum

  • you said to not add in other exercises to the regimen..

and at the end, you said military press?

  • @TheUncutAngel military press is the barbell press so to speak. you bring the bar in front of you not behind the neck

  • @luimarco ok. so its ok to add in these warm up exercises?

  • @TheUncutAngel yes sir as long as you do them using about 50% or less of your maximum weight. as a mater of fact warm up exercises are necessary before getting into serious business. this will prevent injury and get the blood flow into the muscles

  • great vid bro give us more warm up exercises

  • @xyoven yes sir, they're coming ;)

  • Dude, Your looking more ripped as the days go by!!

btw, is it better if i distribute workouts on different days- for example chest/shoulders on mon, biceps on tues..etc.. compared to training say 2-3 times a week - full body workout?

  • @redweedplace yes of course, you need to stretch the workouts, i work each body part only once a week not more, did you receive my plan yet?

  • @luimarco I see, Yup, i got your plan.. i'm just trying to get as much info as possible and find the best way you know.
