I have to disagree with Cenk. There is plenty of evidence to support Chavez's accusations. Even now the US fully supports Venezuela's oppositions and helps them subvert democracy there.

I think history justifies Chavez. I do believe that Chavez had stopped his funding of FARQ by this time, not to mention he was involved in talks to get them to release some hostages they were holding. The CIA did try and prevent him from getting elected a number of years ago, which is quite frightening when one looks at what American intervention has done to Colombia.
That being said, media take-overs, and holding a second referendum on removing term limits might be worth some concern.

And till this day the american gvt is funneling money to the opposition and various "human rights" groups to ensure his downfall (also being done in Bolivia)

nowhere did i mention chavez??? i dont know much of chavez however what ive learned of all people is they are worth a chance. if you write off obama before he has a chance to "change" then you are going to be blind for any good he might accomplish. as it seems chavez has done. like i was implying it will take some time, maintain an open mind and try to find the good in people whether you like them or not, especially now that he is our president, noone can change that so try to find peace in it

Obama is a tool of the "evil empire" the international bankers who own the governments of the western world. Every is done to further their goals. Go read about the banking families. Watch the video "money masters" and you will be blown away. If you really think Obama is a good guy, you have A LOT of learning to do.

Release accused terrorist back into society where they can continue to kill Americans. destroy embassies, kill school children (North Ossetia), cut the heads off civilians visiting abroad, suicide bomb buses, markets,100 story bldg's, Kill American military personal w/ road side bombs,sniper fire, etc.

Your words "accused terrorists" what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? And innocent until proven guilty?... does not apply to foreigners being tried in a military tribunal.
