Thad is quick...I think he could be the best of what the Republicans have to rebuild from, guys like he and Mike Pence, and Aaron Schock. They need to rebuild around their core of conservatives, and libertarians instead of splitting the difference between the base and the dems.

You're absolutely right. Ironic that the younger, more eager Republicans are more liberty-loving than the old-guard (like John McCain) that would have the GOP restructure itself as the Democratic Party of the 60's.
