I don't think he speaks English. He's just echoing the song the best he can, the words probably mean little to him. Music notes are their own language, which would explain his perfect playing and not so great, but incredibly cute singing.

On a serious note, for the kid to be able to coordinate his 'singing' and timing along with knowing where he is at on the fretboard, and his natural ability to understand music at his age.....makes him almost a musical savant.

This kid is going to probably be one of the greatest guitar players in history if he keeps at it....which I think he will.
