Thanks for posting this. In addition to game shows, I am a big fan of the late 80s sitcom Head of the Class, and my favorite character was (and will always be) Simone Foster (played by Khrystyne Haje), who I always thought was the prettiest and sweetest girl in the class. She's still beautiful to me.
@megamanj2004X According to the celebrity archive, Charo appeared on Davidson's version 6 times - 3 weeks during season 1 and 3 weeks during season 2.
@robhoma I gotcha. Thank you for clarifying that for me.
Charo's one of the handful of celebrities to appear on all 3 versions of HS. Others inlcude: Jimmie Walker, Bob Eubanks, Chuck Woolery, Charles Nelson Reilly, Joan Rivers, Dick Clark, Betty White, Rich Little, Rose Marie, JoAnne Worley, Phyllis Diller, Marcia Wallace, Tom Poston, Mike Connors, Steve Landesberg, Dom DeLuise, Shirley Jones, Burt Reynolds, Rip Taylor, Marion Ross among celebs to accomplish this feat.
@megamanj2004X I remember seeing that post years ago on another newsgroup and it is mostly true. Burt Reynolds would count if you included the Davidson pilot that was never aired, but Marcia Wallace was NOT on Davidson's version. A few years ago when this came up, people did not want to believe me, but until someone shows me otherwise, I am sticking to it.
@robhoma - I think you might wanna add Richard Lewis to this list, too. He appeared on the Marshall version during its waning years, Davidson (many times) and on the Whoopi-era of the Tom Bergeron version.

I didn't know Charo also appeared on the Davidson HS? I saw her on the original Peter Marshall version and on the subsequent Tom Bergeron version.
