i agree the laces are probly fake.... we're probly just paying attention too much attention to them being tied when he shakes his foot that they probly just fly off somewhere or they go up his pants when he pulls em up... good trick tho

i figured it out.

theres another pair of shoelaces.

he's real shoelaces are already knotted and hiding under the fold of his pants, while the ones sticking out are fake.

as he shakes his feet u'll notice him pulling his pants up, which probably pulls the fake shoelaces and leaving the already tied ones
