yes its called sinew, its basically another word for tendons and ligaments, muscles that join either muscles and bones or bones to bones, basically if you kill something irl you can dry out its sinew and maybe weave a few pieces together for extra strength and you have cordage! (rope), it was and is used by ltos of people today to make good rope
