Akira TAKASAKI : " My body is made of 100% authentic Rock.

I'm looking for a sound that will enter deep into your body , just by listening to it , like my idol Jimi Hendrix did. That's why I continue to play my guitar."

  • I give a different opinion, Loudness has failed in their new material, nothing good or interesting music like their early work that was just beautiful.

  • I really liked the old Loudness and the new stuff is good to me. I think Breaking the Taboo is really good. I also liked Rock Shocks. They can't sound the same the rest of their career. They still play very good Metal.

  • Akira Takasaki #1

  • it was great to see them again especially like this. i've been a huge fan of Loudness since 1982-83 and remember Minoru hosting USA networks Night Flight. First time I heard Crazy Night, Let It Go, This Lonely Heart I was hooked. Awesome band that I still jam to until this day. The guys look great 25+ years later.

  • After hearing Metal Mad, I think Loudness is mixing their classic sound with their recent sound.

  • When they speak to each other, they speak in kansai-ben. Interesting....

  • I saw Loudness in 2006. WARNING...! It's nothing like the old Loudness music...! They're now catering to the Generation-x crowd. No more GREAT guitar solos or incredible drum playing... IT'S OVER!

  • Yes, their sound is very different now. I was disappointed at first, very disappointed. But I gave it another chance and beginning to enjoy it. I still prefer Birthday Eve, Devil Soldier, LODL, and Disillusion.

  • I agree... thanks for the advise. Too sad, because at their peak (1983-1987) Loudness was one of the absolute best!

  • I dont know what they're doing now in 2008 but theywere sounding very nu-metal and nu-metal as I remember was popular in the mid-late 90's and early 00's but in the latest few years guitar solos are back in and guitar is as popular as ever.

  • YES! The Four Original LOUDNESS members!

  • is it all the orignal members?

  • very cool!

  • Thank you, Doomo ookini Loudness.

  • This is LOUDNESS!!!

  • If anyone doesn't know this: This is all on their new DVD 25th anniversary. You can buy it on cdjapan. LOUDNESS!!!!

  • Uf sorry, this is not on DVD. I just received the DVD yesterday and it's only the concert which is A W E S O M E! Anyway, just correcting my mistake....

  • I could make out jimmi hendrix

    lol

  • WOW! I've waited over 15 years to see Loudness like this...it's hard to find anything like this in the states. I don't understand Japanese...but it's great to hear what they all sound like. Great add! Loudness rules!!

  • Thanks for the cool footage Loudness interview

    the 81-06 Guiatr is wild
