I give a different opinion, Loudness has failed in their new material, nothing good or interesting music like their early work that was just beautiful.
I really liked the old Loudness and the new stuff is good to me. I think Breaking the Taboo is really good. I also liked Rock Shocks. They can't sound the same the rest of their career. They still play very good Metal.
it was great to see them again especially like this. i've been a huge fan of Loudness since 1982-83 and remember Minoru hosting USA networks Night Flight. First time I heard Crazy Night, Let It Go, This Lonely Heart I was hooked. Awesome band that I still jam to until this day. The guys look great 25+ years later.
I saw Loudness in 2006. WARNING...! It's nothing like the old Loudness music...! They're now catering to the Generation-x crowd. No more GREAT guitar solos or incredible drum playing... IT'S OVER!
Yes, their sound is very different now. I was disappointed at first, very disappointed. But I gave it another chance and beginning to enjoy it. I still prefer Birthday Eve, Devil Soldier, LODL, and Disillusion.
I dont know what they're doing now in 2008 but theywere sounding very nu-metal and nu-metal as I remember was popular in the mid-late 90's and early 00's but in the latest few years guitar solos are back in and guitar is as popular as ever.
Uf sorry, this is not on DVD. I just received the DVD yesterday and it's only the concert which is A W E S O M E! Anyway, just correcting my mistake....
WOW! I've waited over 15 years to see Loudness like this...it's hard to find anything like this in the states. I don't understand Japanese...but it's great to hear what they all sound like. Great add! Loudness rules!!

I agree... thanks for the advise. Too sad, because at their peak (1983-1987) Loudness was one of the absolute best!
