Sand does not make them die. You are wrong! My gecko is perfectly fine! Dont use reptile carpet. Its gets stuck to their teeth and they have a hard time getting it off.
I tried reptile carpet and whenever she'd try to eat a cricket she'd get her teeth stuck in it and freak out and shake her head and stuff. I even had to help her get unstuck once. I went back to paper towel.
Yea recently my gecko got his teeth stuck in the carpet and it looked like he was chocking had a stroke and i was freekin out! so im thinking about using paper towels
put clayballs in side its not bad for they

reptile carpet just as good
reptilekid3 3 years ago
they can get their teeth stuck in carpet though. that cant happen on tile. plus tile comes in so many colors and looks natural
etria702 3 years ago
rofl u think tile looks natural,... im not gonna finish
reptilekid3 3 years ago
if you use your brain and use it in a natural color or use slate then it does lol.
