I used some paint I picked up from a local paint store. I use and air compressed gun Laquer based clear.

will gladly ship it to the uk. mod wont get blocked but patch kicks in on cod waw. not on cod. mode 4 is the fastest mod out there as of now after the 9/11 patch on cod4. mode 1 is the fastest for cod waw after the 6/4 patch.
