  • the lime only acts as somewhat of an adhesive for the cocoa. Your not adding enough to change the flavor. Its typical in cocktail bars to rim with citrus. Using water doesnt work as well. Hope this helps.

  • I can't imagine the lime you rimmed the glass with going with this drink -- especially with the cocoa! I think it would be far nicer with just water, or even with honey rather than a citrus on the rim.....
