I thought the clamp was the worsterest part of the piercing process... if freakin' hurts SO BAD! The needle didn't hurt me at all though.. I've had it in since Friday and no one in my family has noticed, although my mum did say "you've got a big piece of bogey up your nose" twice.

My piercer did my septum freehand because he rules! And it's not wonky at all either. The septum clamps are unncessary and painful.

Nawh. Not every piercer is that fabulous. They should be! But it prevents a lot of awfully crooked piercings.

the clamps suck! especially for the septum.. that piercing for me was the most painful out of all of the ones I have.. yet my favorite experience.
