I don't know if it's sarcasm of the finest level or if some people seriously can't figure out how he does it? Although I want to bite my tongue because I don't want to ruin it for the guy, I just cant hold back. We had a card that came with a 'Childrens' magic set that was loaded for this trick. it's 6 or so fine strings across the length of the card which the match sits on. The match doesn't raise, you lower the card by bending it and the strings remain in place. Simples.

To those kids whos wanna do this, its really simpel.. He simply used tape, a match and a card. You put the tape loose on the card, and more sure the tape doesnt stick to the card. After that he simply does what he shows in the video. It took me 5 seconds to figure this out lol

The match is not a real match its a piece of small magnet stick colored as a match. There is an external source generating magnetic field keeping it afloat. That 3rd source is outside the cam field and we can't see that. It could be a box, or a platform generating uniform field over its surface. It has nothing to do with the card or the hands/fingers. He was using second hand turning on/off the field, this is the reason near the end match was bouncing on/off the card because field was not off.
