Teenagers are in rehab for marijuana because when they're caught with posession or whatever, they go to court and they get the option of juvenile hall or rehab. Obviously the teen will choose rehab because it's shorter and doesn't involve them being locked up.

Well no shit more kids are in rehab for marijuana. Marijuana possesion charges frequently lead to court mandated rehab. Only in exceptional circumstances does an MIP lead to court appointed rehab. Only 15% of rehab patients in for marijuana were admitted voluntarily.

Personally I know alcohol to be much more intoxicating than marijuana. I don't know where this guys getting his facts from. Probably not personal xp. Also marijuana is much more easily detected than other drugs. Also I have seen comparisons of addictiveness show caffeine to be more addictive than weed, I can also attest to that. What it comes down to is a matter of choice, presently we do not have that right : (
