Like so many of us we know whats going on - the politicians of the two major parties are creating laws every day disenfranchising us from our unalienable rights - as Jefferson stated - there will come a time when the blood of tyrants and patriots must be spilled to protectt eh rights of the people guaranteed by the Constitution - too bad none of are ready to do that when the end of our Constitution is so close at hand

If you do some research you'll see that The Supreme Court has already ruled back in 1854 that we as individuals do not have Constitutional rights. (Refrence# -14 Ga. 438, 1854 WL 1492 ). By saying, "But, indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in court, on the ground of a breach of the Constitution. The Constitution it is true, is a compact, but he is not a party to it." Sorry guys, none of us are a part of the Posterity with a capital "P". We have no constitutional rights.

I normally would not agree with Cynthia McKinney at all, I do not like most of her principals, but I will give her kudos for being very vocal and sincere about the dangers of the PATRIOT act and the stigma it will place on our nation.
