@martymcelroy Hey man, sorry it yook me a while to get back to you, forgot i had this on here haha. The privates were 400 baht which was about £8 m8. They'v got a web site up and running now which has got all the updates on as well.

What oz gloves are u using? I'm about 140 lbs and 5'7", should I be using a 14 or 16 oz?

They are 16 oz but i would of rather had 12 or 14. But to be honest if u use the heavyer gloves it just makes u hit harder, because u want to get that crips leather on leather slapping noise when u punch. But i'm 210 lbs and 6'1 and it took me a while for them to not feel like two big pillows on my hands, espeacially when u spar, so try a couple of different weights out if u can and go with whatever u feel comfortable with mate.

@AlienUnibrow I'm 224 and my trainner ask me to get 16 oz. The gloves depends of how big you are the bigger the person is the heavier the gloves.!
