I don't know if you ever got your question answered, but if you search passion tutorial accordion on youtube you can find a tutorial, and the man who does it has sheet music as well that he can send you.

one of the brothers ferret. Look at "la minch valse" on youube and you see one of them.

It is Pierre "Baro" Ferret. He played the solo guitar voice with Murena. It is likely that Matelot Ferret is also on the recording -- I cannot remember it -- but then it is only as an accompanist.
