I've never felt compelled enough to write a comment on a youtube vid, but I just have to tell u that this is THE ABSOLUTE BEST rollerset tutorial out there. THE BEST. My rollersets were always suspect but looking at this vid and using ur method has helped me to perfect my rollersetting technique. it used to take me like an hour now i can do it in like 30 minutes. Thank u :)

Where have you been all of my life!!!!! this is just another great and informative video! First you help me with the protein treatments now this!..i always have trouble with my sets but that anchor set is gonna be done today...i have the treatment in my hair as i type....i am sooooo excited!!!
This is my millionth time watching this I'm going to try this on my hair! (for the 8th time) I need to learn how to get this down. I finally reached full should length hair and trying to get to APL so I have to cut back on flat iorning! Thanks for sharing!
I really appreciate the video. I spend so much money getting my hair done. I bought a hard hat dryer and some equipment so I can save some money doing my hair at home. Thanks for not being stingy with your secret techniques. I am looking forward to applying your techniques at home :)
Oh my god thats a good idea, thanks so much for that tip, i have the hardest time rolling my hair, i just gave up, but im gonna try this method, do you stop rolling your hair once you get a particular amount of newgrowth, or do you roll until your next relaxer no matter how far post you are, ie. 8 weeks post
Your tutorial is great!!! I am sitting under the dryer now after trying your rollerset method. I tried to aim for the "tension" you were talking about; my rollers are tight for the most part, however I can't get my roots straight. My roots start curling up as soon as I start moving on to the next roller. I don't know....maybe I should just stick to flat irons. Any advice??? U need to do a rollerset tutorial when u have a lot of new growth....
You first clamp the second roller to the anchor roller & then clip the third roller to the second roller & so on. It works for me. I usually do the ponytail method but my roots are never straight. Just follow the video step by step & pause & rewind if you have to.
ok, so i tried the roller set, and my hair came out horrible... i am probably doing something wrong... i used the keratin and green tea stuff, and the 2 minute reconstructor... i probably just need a perm...
ok i will try using just water, aphogee's green tea and the leave in conditioner. i hope my design essentials works for me the way aphogee is working for you. But I do like the 6 weeks protien treatment by aphogee.
Some ladies told me to check out your video and they were right: You have a great roller setting method! I attempted a roller set for the first time and it turned out okay, but I'll definitely try your method next time. XOXO
do you know which shampoo ingrediant is not good for the hair is it sodium laureth sulfate or sodium lauryl sulfate because on google it says that both are not good!!
I don't know how many times i have watched your tutorial for the roller wrap. (Over 12 times, no joke). I like the way you break every step down. Thank you for this vid chica!
Yep it's me I used to work there, shoot me a email and tell me who your are cuz it was like a hand full of girls working there, so I'm sure I remember you :0)
Yes I'll be trying out the anchoring method when I was and set my hair tomorrow.. I tried a while ago and it was mess.. I got defeated and let it go, your method has inspired me to try again.. I'll keep you posted.. Take care
Thanks for the anchor tip! I ALWAYS have a hard time rollersetting that I just give up and wrap it. I usually start from the front, no wonder I've been having problems. Thank you!
I miss roller wrapping my hair. This is a good video. I do mine alittle different my front two rollers I roll forward and I don't attach them I just roll. I use only 16 or 17 roller. When my hair grow back (short story I got jacked up)Im going to try your way.
