@LongoDude1 the top right is definitely a rational expression - it is one polynomial divided by another polynomial (same form as the first one in the middle row).
The 5/8 fraction is also a rational expression because both 5 and 8 are actually polynomials (monomials of degree 0). I think some might argue that it's "just a fraction" - but you can see fractions as special cases of rational expressions.
