  • Is that your own personal gym? It's wonderful!

  • @almitra61 Yes, the equipment is my own gym equipment. I love having it.

  • how about diet, although you are extremely lean, there is still fat covering abs. Did you have a special diet?

  • @sms8668 I did haft to diet for a about 3 months, while working my abs. I cut out unneccessary snacks and anything fried. I did not eat sweets. Basically, I just ate less and burned more calories while doing tones of abs. Yes, you must have control over your food intake by eating less.

  • This video was very inspiring. Thank you, and congratulations on achieving your goal. Ok, my turn. Here i go.......

  • Thank you! Good luck on your progress. Keeping a journal has helped continue exercising, otherwise, I feel I would have tossed in the towel. I'm happy to inspire others.

  • how long were your breaks inbetween sets of 30

  • You can wait as long as 5 minutes, between ab sets. I ended up watching tv or reading on my pc, between sets. I did not worry about the break time, as long as I did not cool down too much. Try different time breaks and see how this works.

  • wow you are insaine

  • This is tooooo intense. I need the pillow as a tool.

  • Yes, this is little intense. More of how I worked out for a while to reach a goal.

  • It was my shirt! I miss it so.

  • Yes, that is the shirt you gave me, many years ago. And it only wears well, if your stomach is flat, otherwise, I could not wear it, just look at it.

  • so you did 210 on each side of you stomache or 105 on the center left right areas of your body and then ur back exercises

  • I did 210 left side and 210 right side. I did not do the center. I broke the 210 down on each side, in smaller sets or 30 reps each, until i did 210 each side. Lots of work, but doable.

  • yes ur thin, but dude, u dont got a sixpack m8, show ur sixpack cause all u do is to look thin and talking all the time...

  • thats reeli motivates me...u r awesome dude..i jus noticed dat the first video was added in 29 th may..n da second one is august it says..itz like 2moths gap..did u upload it a bit late ?

  • Glad to motivate you. There are some time gaps in my videos, but i can't remember my time gaps, anymore. I do know that they way I went about it worked for me.

  • very determine= progress good stuff dude

  • Thanks for all your your videos. I also think that having the list helps to keep you on track. I do the same thing when I diet I write down everthing down to the last calorie.

    Good motivating tool.:)

  • can i split up the 420 sits into different sessions or do u have to do them all at once?

  • Yes, you can split 420 situps into different sessions. I now normally do 420 only 5 days a week, but some weeks on 4 days now. It takes me 45 minutes to do 420 situps, since I'm holding a 15 wieght and I take breaks, in between and sometimes, while watching Tv.

  • thx so much ahhapictures i will keep workin out everyday do you think i am able to get a six back at the age of 12 ???

  • Hey Gaines9000. Just start off slow and build up. Try doing some sit ups every other day for a week or two. then, if your not too sore, start doing them 5 days a week. Write down how many you do and what days. This gives you an exact count and date of your journey to a 6 pack. I'm not sure if you will have a 6 pack at 12 yrs old, but it's not impossible. It depends on how much work you put into it. Don't give up. The best thing is, fitness is free.
