@sms8668 I did haft to diet for a about 3 months, while working my abs. I cut out unneccessary snacks and anything fried. I did not eat sweets. Basically, I just ate less and burned more calories while doing tones of abs. Yes, you must have control over your food intake by eating less.
Thank you! Good luck on your progress. Keeping a journal has helped continue exercising, otherwise, I feel I would have tossed in the towel. I'm happy to inspire others.
You can wait as long as 5 minutes, between ab sets. I ended up watching tv or reading on my pc, between sets. I did not worry about the break time, as long as I did not cool down too much. Try different time breaks and see how this works.
I did 210 left side and 210 right side. I did not do the center. I broke the 210 down on each side, in smaller sets or 30 reps each, until i did 210 each side. Lots of work, but doable.
thats reeli motivates me...u r awesome dude..i jus noticed dat the first video was added in 29 th may..n da second one is august it says..itz like 2moths gap..did u upload it a bit late ?
Glad to motivate you. There are some time gaps in my videos, but i can't remember my time gaps, anymore. I do know that they way I went about it worked for me.
Thanks for all your your videos. I also think that having the list helps to keep you on track. I do the same thing when I diet I write down everthing down to the last calorie.
Yes, you can split 420 situps into different sessions. I now normally do 420 only 5 days a week, but some weeks on 4 days now. It takes me 45 minutes to do 420 situps, since I'm holding a 15 wieght and I take breaks, in between and sometimes, while watching Tv.
Hey Gaines9000. Just start off slow and build up. Try doing some sit ups every other day for a week or two. then, if your not too sore, start doing them 5 days a week. Write down how many you do and what days. This gives you an exact count and date of your journey to a 6 pack. I'm not sure if you will have a 6 pack at 12 yrs old, but it's not impossible. It depends on how much work you put into it. Don't give up. The best thing is, fitness is free.
kk...coz i dont realy feel the burn and ido it every day i am thinking of doing it 2 times a day soz if i hav been a bother it's coz i was woryd thx alot gaines9000
I just added a new video...24,360 sit ups in 58 days..check it out, on my site..true story. If your not feeling the burn, then keep at it..Hey, I'm 40 yrs old, if I can do it, you can reallyyyyyyyyy do it and I look forward to hearing all your hard work and progress...Make a video for guys and girls your age. Show them how hard you are working..Don't give up..
Well it is good you want to do this but just run as of now and watch what you eat and drink mostly but i owuldnt do to many exorsize's do to your young and your body is still growing i would wait till your about 14 thats when i started but its really up to you
Yes, if your healthy and able. I think, starting out young, at your age is the best time to start. Start getting yourself healthy now and keep it up for life. Go for it.
I just eat less sugar snacks. I don't eat huge meals. I also have chocolate protein shake every moring for breakfast. The protein shake is called: Body Fortress super Advanced Whey Portein. It taste really good, only the chocolate does.
