If you replace gas (flame) with electriticy the only thing you have to do else is to draw a horizontal line going through those 3 houses and one vertical line joining the house on the right with our new electricity source and electricity will be going through the houses like electricity does.

its not cheating. the idea is to try and think outside the box. it is impossible to complete in a 2D world (you will always end up with 2 lines that need to cross) so you have to think in 3D, in this case going behind the symbol to complete.
