i play the game on extreme on my first playthrough and i guess this will help me. the first 1 was ridiculous. just walked through a sliding door and pumped everything i had into him. didn't get a single scratch, since the BIG daddy couldn't get through the SMALL door.. xD

A Big Daddy is the guy in the diving suit.

They basicly protect the little girls, you can choose to kill them to get a big reward from the little girl.

It's also good to note that Big Daddys are really powerfull.

Well it doesnt include this big daddy but when you save atleast 3 little ones you will get a gift that includes a power that a big daddy will treat you like a little one for a certain time, use this on a big daddy find another big daddy and let them battle it out

The majority of its atmosphere is an artistic and 1960's old-fashioned feeling. For me, it might be the only game out there which is classified as a survival-horror game but isn't scary at all, though it does look a bit scary at 1st sight, lol.

And its ending btw, is extremely touching (something like a mixture of pain, happiness and a heartwarming tune). I cried for hours after seeing it...

Many ppl cried for the ending, and many didn't. I'm not surprised when anyone say they didn't so why do you think I'm not srs? The most touching part of it isn't the story itself that the ending tells, but the way it's presented. It's the entire sequence of scenes showing their hands that touched me and the words that Miss Tenebaum says. And my tears didn't drop until I saw lil ones holding Jack's hand at his death-bed.

Thank you. ^^ The big gun he's holding is really threatening, which can cost half life of mine with only one hit. o.O Actually the later big daddies are much easier to beat, since then you'll have the shot rage, which can produce continuous electrico so that the Mr. B will be stunned all the way through. xD

Thanx. ^^ In fact it isn't so creepy as it seems, unlike Silent Hill or F.E.A.R. series. Though this game is dark-tuned, it really has lots of beautiful moments. :P I remember that it only had me one jumpy moment. xD
