@SMDB82 Seether is not grunge. It's a lot heavier than Nirvana, and actually has meaning. Most of Kurt Cobains songs, like Drain You, Lounge Act ect. have put in lyrics mainly to be catchy and to keep it rhyming. Shaun Morgan can actually write now don't get me wrong, Im not saying Kurt cannot write, Im saying Shaun puts reasoning and compassion in his lyrics of almost every single song. Shaun loved them, he WAS obsessed with them. By no means is Seether being set out to become the New Nirvana..

It tells the story of an empty life that has faced many hardships and sorrows, yet is able to show that even the most miserable of experiences end eventualy and that all pain fades eventualy, giving it a sorrowful optomism somehow.
