  • What an angel...I miss her voice and I miss seeing her beauty on stage...I love you Dusty..

  • I sure miss Her :)

  • I was too late to notice the beauty of her voice, singing feeling with full of soul,&lovely face as music fan in Japan. i was Just stupid.

  • Beautiful woman, beautiful voice.

  • I've always loved the way she used her "hands & arms" when She sang.

Losing Her is so horribly Sad.

    rip Dusty

  • @47yesican Yes! I too loved her movements. Such a great talent.

  • Such a sad life.

  • we keep Dusty alive in our hearts and with her music in our lives. oh it brings teh great memories;. thanks much Dusty!

  • One very classy lady with a real down to earth voice, last of the great ones!

  • Bubbless40 -- I don't know you; but, am thinking about you. I hope you are well.

  • Having chemo for BC. Scared its all for nothing after watching this! Dusty looked so well which is how I am. Never had an illness. Went to hospital with lump 18 months ago and told nothing there. Went to different hospital and told have grade 3 cancer. Hospital closing ranks. Please ask for ultra sound as mammograms (in my case) were unreliable.

  • @bubbless40 Sending only good wishes and prayers that you will go into a full remission. Hugs, Jeanne in Manhattan

  • so guttin that she didnt survive..she wud have had a massive followin, cud have toured, you name it....brilliant lady...rip dusty..xx

  • Very Painful To Watch!

    RIP Dusty

  • This Interview Hurts My Heart Because Shortly After That,

We Lost Her. I Don't Think She Felt Well Here Either.

    Dam!

  • @johnnyjemimah I am so very sorry. Lost both my parents too.

    Be well, Jeanne in Manhattan

  • @Jeannenyc57 Lost my mum and dad too to cancer. Bless Dusty and her voice.

  • @admanphoto I am so sorry. Cancer really is really a demon

  • you can tell she is not well there rip

  • she was dieing then and knew it.

  • @laff2010 How did you know this?

  • Dusty Springfield is timeless and forever young...she was marvelous!

  • Just wondering what year this was???

  • @smartlee007 It looks like it was in 1995 or perhaps early 1996.

  • A Classic! RIP DUSTY!

  • There is an underlying saddness in this interview..Dusty looks fantastic she aged really well without looking too "done" like so manyt stars now...wonderful talent and what appears to be a very lovely lady

  • Never seen this before and I just choked when she says at 3.35 that it's not a sentence of death - I was sitting there just now thinking that I could have touched wood at the time just to make her okay. When people ask me who would you wanna meet I always say Dusty - we had SOOOO much in common it seems. We could have thrown plates together :(

  • ..i believe this is one of her last interviews....she only felt worse...

  • i just love this woman. my favorite song is "i only want to be with you." just adore this song. too bad she's no longer with us and makes me sad to know that she did have a very sad life (drug problems, mental illness, etc.) will always love Dusty.

  • Best voice and best singer ever! You are missed.

  • wat song did she sing with the pet shop boys i for get can some one please tell me ty

  • The song with the Pet Shop Boys was 'What have I done to deserve this'. You can catch the video on YouTube.

  • Dusty felt she could talk about cancer but still had difficulty talking about her lesbianism, except among friends. Too bad society is so homophobic. As far as peroxcide she told her manager " I must be in my coffin as a blond!" and dyed her her on her deathbed.

  • Thank you Dusty for talking about your bout with breast cancer, and being so honest about it. This helps others to check themselves and go to the doctor. The nurses at the oncology facilities are amazing.

  • omg so sad, i miss her oh how i miss her, cancer has taken so many wonderful loving people, and she is one of them. it came back on her, watching this just brings tears to my eyes.

  • yes man. Cancer is shit. Really

  • Beautful girl, beautiful voice, beautiful person..

  • I always see these videos and pic of Dusty back in the sixties and seventies, and eighties, I never get to see what she was like up to the time of her death. Nice to see a video of her prior to her death, see what she was like, thanks for post.

  • Lovely!!! Thanks so much for posting.

  • Plutootjes, thank you for uploading these interviews from dusty's later years. I didn't know they existed. Enjoyed them very much. Again thank you.

  • It is sad, when I liked singers and they are gone, it is almost like losing a close family person. Thanks for posting.

  • I jus wanna cry so bad...

I never knew her until 1995 after she released "a very fine love album" i was too young then ..It just dawned to me that it was also her last album.I was jus starting to know her..it is sooo sad!!!

  • Didn't she look nice here? I wish we hadn't lost her.

  • Thanx for posting this! Dusty is my all time favourite singer, one of the greatest soul singers! bless her x

  • Thanks again!
