Even with Parkinson's disease and a cyst in his brain, he still manages to give the pro boxers that he trains in his gym the hardest workouts of their lives, just to make them into champions. He is still able to break pro boxers down just to build them up into something excellent. Freddie Roach is one of the toughest boxers/trainers I have ever heard of. He deserves nothing but respect in my opinion.

he's a great trainer and seems a genuinely nice guy. he put enzo calazaghe to shame in the interviews carried out before the hopkins-calzaghe fight. Enzo really seems like an unpleasant man. fair play freddie keep it up

freddie is a classy guy and a hell of a trainer....had micheal moor or mike tyson truly followed his training they could of regained that elite status....but freddie doesnt baby sit you in a case a lotta of fighters need do to insecurities despite how good they are
