Man,I'm strugling to shift from these food like substances to the real food.And that's how you discover yourself and your addictions.Right now,I'm preety much a mess.I go raw for a meal than eat a whole box of ice cream and so on :)))
My problem was all the time binge eating and basically eating at each step I got a little stressed(that's a mess...).And the funny part is I'm not much fat cause I've alaways exercised.Maybe if I would be fat it will make me be more cautious of what I'm doing.

Yeah im in bad health i have had a painful back it does make you cranky if you dont feel well my walking routine has stopped. Im not able to exercise much right now i have cut my sweets like cookies,candy,milk i have had hypothyroidism since i was ninteen now im 39 so i can tell my health is bad right now i want to get really healthy and get my life back.
Much of what I had been seeking from religion, such as peace enlightenment and connectedness, I found as a result of the raw food diet. I think I understand your "high level of peace" from my experience since becoming a raw foodist. Eat an abundance of greens!

Interesting bit of synchronicity here. I listened to an interview with Richard Bartlett a few weeks ago and have been meditating on the phrase "I don't know" ever since. Your right, it does amazing things. It puts you in a place where you can actually learn instead of trying to dominate.
I know the light that you speak of.. it comes to me and things happen miraculously in the ways I thought about the things I wanted but in ways that I dont even realize until later or they happen as a "surprise!"

Since i started watching Dan i have started juicing greens daily, worked my way up to 50% raw, dropped 10 pounds, quit smoking and started training for the Tour du Canada. I have a feeling in 1 year I will be thanking Dan for saving my life.

I know that power that protected you....that feeling, and you cannot explain it.. I was in a terrible car accident and walked out without a scratch. I was electrocuted as a child, almost drowned, almost choked to death, was thrown from a horse and horse trampled all around me but not on me.....not a scratch. I have been so protected I can feel it...
did you notice around the 9-10 minute mark the light from the window illuminates your third eye? Check it out... that is a very auspicious happening to say the least! Wow, Dan, I believe you and I am so grateful for your knowledge and service. Since the Raw Food Bazaar in LA 2 wks ago I've had no coffee, and have been probably 85% raw; totally vegan/vegetarian. I know that power that protected you....that feeling, and you cannot explain it.. I was in a terrible car accident and walked out without a scratch. I was electrocuted as a child, almost drowned, almost choked to death, was thrown from a horse and horse trampled all around me but not on me.....not a scratch.
