So much of 'civilization'/'industrializat­ion' & economy rely upon maximization at the risk of minimizing margins. We need to break up the country in random swaths where NO human activity besides visitation & monitoring can take place. Perhaps even allow indigenous groups to reclaim some these area strictly for heirloom uses - NO CASINOS!

The original populations on this continent were here for 1000s of years in some mixed state of nature & humanity - in 500 years white man has ruined it.
