SMOKEY 2 was really good, but 3 was weak because it didn't have all the stars back in it. I also liked HOOPER and THE END both with Sally Field and Burt Reynolds. And CANNONBALL RUN 1 with Farrah Fawcett. It must have been awesome to live in those days and go to the movies with real movie stars. I'm just getting into this era but its obvious actors like them are leagues ahead then what we have today.

While this is a good film, the SW franchise made even more money afterward from Lucas's ridivulous merchandising. You should've focused less on the films features and more on your opinion of this film, afterall this is a review.

There's only thing that can sum up this review - "Hella Tits!".

It's a close call between The Bandit and Peckinpah's "Convey" to which is better, I would suggest the latter simply because of Ali MacGraw getting her baps out.

Whoa! Was the moment in "Death Proof" when Kurt Russell smiles at the camera before driving off a reference to Reynolds doing the same thing here? Because that was probably my favorite moment in that movie.

Genre of it's own - hillbillycinema. This one is absolute gem. Other stuff that relates close to this one: Convoy 1978, Every Which Way But Loose 1978, Any Which Way You Can 1980.
