  • I love the view at 1:23. It's like, "Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit!" BOOM.

  • that glass on the side impact would mess up your face

  • The driver's head came out, can it happen in real world?

I don't mind testing it but I might not be able to write the review after that.

  • I'm so glad I have my truck because a crash in one of toughs buggys must really hurt.

  • I wish the sedan had AWD too. But i like the crossover more overall.

    good test. :)

  • Huh? A sedan SX4?

  • I have a black 5 door and I love it its always fun to drive good on gas to and did I say its safe?

  • A SX4 Sedan????

  • this or a mini?

  • Awesome car I own a 2008 SX4 5door AWD to bad the sedan doesnt have it

  • lol to the head going out the window during the frontal crash

  • the trauma to the side of the head and neck during the side impact would probably cause brain damage or death

  • Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuure it would, I guess thats why it recieved good ratings from this test. *rolls eyes*

  • Im thinking about trading my saab in for one of those cars like a sport sedan one.

  • hey what is ESC??

  • ESC is Electronic Stability Control.

ESC, helps you manuever your vechicle more so in a straighter line when begining to swerve. The purpose is to keep the car from doing a 360'.

Real life example: My PT Cruiser does not have ESC. I lost control without ESC.

The car fishtailed and span all the way around. If it had ESC I could have kept it on the road much better.

  • It uses the ABS to combat oversteer or understeer. E.g. in a sharp right turn, it would reduce the speed of the inside front wheel to prevent understeer, or, in the case of pending oversteer, the ESC system would apply the majority of the braking power to the rear wheel causing loss of traction of the rear axle. This is very useful for sudden changes in road conditions, where the driver may not be able to slow down before the car goes over the certain surface.

  • You are wrong in both cases. The test showed this car along with the matrix had the BEST crash results for both front and side impact. Least damage to the occupants.

  • suzuki sx4 it's a great car
