It is the gibson, if you look at a pic of the epiphone version and the gibson version, then compare it to the one in the video, you'll see it looks like the gibson. here's another example... the gibson SG. its got a nice fat neck, and sweet pickups. above all the style of the body means that it has GREAT axess to the high frets

The Epiphone version has an extra pickup switch between the two sets of strings and, of course the headstock isn't the same as the Gibson one etc.

Also, I think the Gibson one was originally around in 1959 and they merely knocked one up for Page when he asked...

it is very eazy with the pickups.

do like me.... i replaced one of a tone control with an switch. so now i can easly skip from 12 to 6 string wonly with one push on a switch. i don't need to turn all the cnobs ;)

the switch is verry helpfull on the stage, when you don't have much time to skip from 12 to 6 string :D

I think the real problem was that maybe you looked at the wrong tab or something. If you go to Ultimate Guitar just look for Welcome Home tabs, and pick the one that most people approved.
