At the end of the day, we live in a country where the decision to go to war is constitutionally delegated to an elected civilian Congress, not current or former military personnel. This decision is supposed to reflect a national consensus. The Iraq war has been illegal and unconstitutional from day one

It's a long climb from being a "soldier" that just follows orders and tries to hide his or her own hurt behind those orders, to being a "warrior", that is, someone who squares up with their errors, learns from them, and tries to educate and elevate the rest of us.

Acupuncture, Meditation, Yoga and other Alternative Therapies can be very helpful in treating some of the symptoms and perhaps even the underlying causes of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Of course for these Therapies

to work you need Discipline and Devotion.
