this was the best football game before fifa and iss were released. super formation soccer had way better graphics but the gameplay of sensible soccer was just great. miles ahead of any other football game of its time.

I bought this game from Chips. Only to oen the package and see that the Super Soccer cartrdge was inside instead. I had my mind on other things at the time and never took the receipt and demanded the Sensbile Soccer cartridge (which I had asked to purchase) or my money back. Epic fail, it's probably too late now.

Being in my younger days (<10) this game was superb. Back then playing this game was more enjoyable than playing your current Pro Evolution soccer games.

I read the comments here and people go on about how it isn't attractive, and all that shite. But it's enjoyment that counts and this game, when it was just out was one of the greatest games of all time.

I loved this music and always remember the 'glitch' where if you shot from about 40 yards out, and aimed for just inside one of the goalposts you were guaranteed to score. Me and my friends spent many an hour on tournaments! Happy memories..

I don't know what they are complaining about. Soccer is a British term, short for Association Football, Rugger being the equivalent for Rugby Football. Disagree with you about there being better games tho, this was in a class of it's own.

I have to say, by modern standards, it does look terrible. The gameplay however was amazing, the control of the ball and the players was very instinctive. Great game!
