My old building been flooded twice. Cinderblock building is cracking up and windowframe fell out. I started demolition Thusday got last owner to clear stuff out. Have cleared some junk out of it but there is junk in sumac and poison ivy and poison oak behind building is a junk pile. Am renting a dumpster next payday. Will put a volunteer wanted ad in craigslist for a fieldworker to clear brush and chop down sumac trees in yard. I removed all metal junk and have it in yard for scrapper.
