Hah that braid is a dutch braid, where it kinda goes on top of your hair intend of in it :) great tutorial though :) x

Awesome hair due... Umm one tip, when add hair to the top part but keep it tight the braid will probably go straight across you head but hear it follows you hair line... That is another way to get it into a higher ponytail without bumps but that's also a lot harder to do :P but I'm sure you could pull it off :D

i would like to add my 2 cents :) the braid you made is called an inverted french braid, you braided, always bringing the outer pc to the center by going underneath as opposed to going to the center on top...thats the difference btwn urs and laurens braids...keep it up! g'luck!

I know it's like .. 1 year & a half later, but I barely came across this video NOW ha but I just wanted to mention, I think you were doing a dutch braid not french. Because French requires pulling the 3 sections OVER eachother to give it a more flat look, whereas you were pulling them under making it 3Dish & that's a Dutch braid. But I just might be blind & could be wrong (:
